[5:41 PM PDT] We continue to investigate elevated API error rates and latency for APIs in the US-WEST-2 Region.
[6:10 PM PDT] We have restored availability and latency for IoT Core data plane endpoints that are based on ATS-certificate endpoints (incl. custom domains). We continue to work towards resolution for Symantec-certificate based endpoints in the US-WEST-2 Region.
[7:19 PM PDT] Between 5:02 PM and 6:55 PM PDT, we experienced elevated API errors and latency when establishing new connections to AWS IoT Core in the US-WEST-2 Region. Connect availability to ATS-certificate and Custom domain based endpoints was fully restored by 5:35 PM PDT, while connections to Symantec-certificate based endpoints were restored at 6:55 PM PDT. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
